Ramen Bar is Berkelouw Books! (O’Connell St, Newtown) The chef is a Swedish ramen specialist! Haha… So interesting! So the ramen doesn’t taste like Japanese ramen… but it’s still nice. It’s different, I had raw veggies and salmon in mine, which you’d never see in traditional Japanese ramen.
